Kristina Casinelli featured in Denver Real Producers magazine in the July 2020 issue
They had this to say about Kristina:
"Kristina Casinelliof Usaj Realty always dreamt of running her own business. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Raised in a small town in northern Nevada, she always looked up to her father, who built a successful diesel engine parts business, which he operated for over 20 years.
Kristina worked with various non-profits throughout college. She ultimately decided to become a teacher and taught English in Spain after graduating. A lifelong explorer, she has lived and worked in both South America and Europe. Her adventures include five continents—including Antarctica. After her time working in Spain, she moved to Colorado to teach 3rd grade.
Kristina originally intended to obtain her real estate license in order to find investment opportunities for her family. As she learned more about the process and promise of real estate, she wanted to help others achieve the same opportunities. She felt that a career in real estate perfectly blended her intrinsic motivation for helping people with her lifelong desire of running a business and being an entrepreneur.
We are excited to learn more about Kristina and her journey in real estate throughout the month!"

Megan answers some thoughtful career questions from Voyage Denver, an LA based company that interviews creatives and entrepreneurs and tells their stories. Megan shared where her real estate journey has taken her and how she believes that "Real Estate can and should be conducted with heart and soul. I run a Real Estate business that is client-focused and keeps kindness at its core. I’ve found that one of the greatest benefits of developing my own business is that it can become whatever I want it to be. I have been able to craft a path that reflects and grows with who I am and what I want to put out into the world. I can exist in this space and care just as much, or more about nurturing relationships as I do closing deals. I can focus on doing the right and honorable thing and still help my clients accomplish all of their financial and lifestyle goals. I can be abundantly kind, and still drive a hard negotiation and stand up fiercely for my clients. I can empathize with all parties in a transaction and also strive to put my client’s interests above all else. I can be both, AND." Find the whole article here.

As the team at Usaj Realty prepares for the Habitat for Humanity annual build day tomorrow, it’s been a great time to reflect on why Usaj Realty chose to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver. Participating in Habitat builds in her hometown of Houston, Jenny Usaj came to Denver with a sense of the wonderful work the organization does. Months after Usaj Realty was founded, Jenny began to see an intersection of the real estate industry’s services and the needs for affordable housing in the city. Moments of witnessing homelessness juxtaposed with the excitement of folks buying their first home really struck a chord and she began to intertwine the goals of the business with a commitment that would positively benefit the community. Partnering with not only Habitat for Humanity but also with the Downtown Denver Partnership, Usaj Realty started intentional and organized efforts to assist those who need affordable housing and also focus on changing city policy in regard to affordable housing.
